Well it's Groundhog's Day... will it be eternal winter or an early spring?

Well everyone, it looks like Punxsutawny Phil has seen his shadow today.  And unfortunately for us that means 6 more weeks of winter! I know, I know… we’re all unhappy about this for sure, but let’s look on the bright side.  This means more hot chocolate, more huddling around the fire and more Irish Coffee’s to keep us warm. Let’s dedicate this blog to ways to make the most of this winter!
